Fearless Faith

A Psalm of Fearless Trust in God. (Psalm 27:1, Amp)

"The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom (or what) shall I fear? The Lord is the refuge and fortress of my life—whom (or what) shall I dread?"

Oh, how this verse gives us confident hope, trust and faith in our Lord God! Have you ever heard the term "Godfidence"? Well it certainly applies to this verse. Think about this as you claim this scripture over yourself today, after all it does emphasize 'my', so make it personal.

After spending time in Psalm 27, there are some key points that really stand out. Let's dive in:

*My heart will not fear!

*I am confident.

*I will seek and dwell in Him!

*I am forever in His presence.

*He will hide me and protect me in the day of trouble.

*He will lift me up on a rock ( firm and solid).

*I will give shouts of joy and praises to Him!

Moving on to some other confirmations in God's Word for us to soak in:

Psalm 16:11, see that He shows you the path of life; In Psalm 18:6, He hears when we cry out; In Psalm 65:4, you are blessed with goodness.

Focus and claim Psalm 27:8 "I will seek God's face and require His presence as my greatest need!"

May your day be richly blessed with what is revealed to you through God's word. Walk with God without hesitation in faithful obedience. It will truly change your life. Become more fearless in your faith as you spend time with God in His word.

"He that is in you is greater than he who is in the world." (I John 4:4)

Father, we praise You for the reassurances that are in Your word for us to claim. You are truly a loving and protective Father. We stand firmly on Your word and face the day with fearless faith. May Your presence be all we require this day. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
