Perspective

ree

The Word perspective is defined as a particular attitude toward or way of regarding something; a point of view. We all seem to have differing perspectives about various things. What do you really think about your life? Is your life in Christ? Have you ever taken the time to consider God's perspective? It is clearly presented in His word. Let's explore: First, He wants you to know the difference between right and wrong. He sets out His commandments and His will for your relationships, your actions, and your entire life. Second, He wants you to possess a conscience free of anxiety and mistrust. He graces us with cleansing forgiveness and a renewing strength so we can clearly distinguish right from wrong with no reservation. Third, He invites us deeper into the Bible to discover more about Him and His constant, unchanging truth, wisdom, and holiness. He desires a deep, personal relationship with each one of us. "The purpose of my instruction is that all believers would be filled with love that comes from a pure heart, a clear conscience, and genuine faith" (I Tim. 1:5, NLT). Fourth, He reveals His plan of salvation for all. He has prepared a heavenly home for His children to reside with Him for eternity. Accept Him today as Lord and Savior of your life. Your perspective in every aspect or your life will truly be changed forever. Won't you change your perspective today and see life from His?

As a child of God, when He looks at you, He sees the perfection of the Lamb, Christ Jesus covering you - that's His perspective! "We are seated with Christ in the heavenly realms" (Eph. 2:6), now that is a change of perspective. Sit with Christ and look at your life together. See it from His perspective; it's all about Him!

Father, thank You for sharing Your word and Your perspective for our lives. May we align our thoughts, words, and actions with Yours. Thank Your for loving us and for sending Your Son to save us. May we sit with Jesus in the heavenly realms and view life from Your perspective.

In Christ, Amen.
