This is the Day!

"This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it" (Ps. 118:24, RSV).

This is the day, today is the day to experience an undeniable feeling to begin something new.

This is the day to go with God in what He is guiding you to do, or where He is guiding you to go.

This is the day to allow an ending to a negative habit or starting a positive one to grow within you.

This is the day to invite the power of God, through the Holy Spirit, to move into your thoughts and guide you to take action.

This is the day to listen to God in the quiet times of prayer. Listen for a word or phrase that offers the first step of God's prompting.

This is the day to stop busyness and not allow anything to interfere with the urging from your spirit to see a better way of doing things - God's way!

Today is the day to completely surrender everything and give all of your heart to Jesus!

Today is the day to be an active participant in a divine relationship with God that will satisfy and fulfill you from now and throughout all eternity.

Today is the day to rejoice and praise the almighty God our Father.

Today is the day, what are you waiting for?

God, our Father in heaven, this is the day, Your day, that You have made. May we rejoice and be glad in it. In looking around and observing all that You have made for us, we offer our praise and thanksgiving. Thank You for giving us this day. Help us to see with eyes focused only on You, Father. May we fully surrender our hearts, souls, minds, and actions to You. Thank You for Jesus, our Savior. It's in His holy name we pray, Amen.
